*Win Free Fuel for a year Draw:

1. Valid from Saturday 1 January to Sunday 16 January 2022 (“Prize Draw Period”).
2. There is 1 prize to give away (“Prize Draw”).
3. The entities responsible for this promotion are Columbus Financial Services Limited (Farmers Mastercard) and Retail Financial Services Limited (Farmers Finance Card) (together, the“Promoters”).
4. The Prize Draw winner will receive MTA gift cards to the total cumulative value of NZD$5,200, or where the Prize Draw winner owns an electric car and wishes to redeem instead for the same total value in electricity, the Promoters will arrange payment to the winner’s account with their power company in agreement with the Prize Draw winner (either, the “Prize”).
5. Double entries into the Prize Draw are automatic every time a purchase is made with Farmers Mastercard or Farmers Finance at all accepting retailers instore and online from Saturday 8 to Sunday 9 January 2022.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on 27 January 2022.
7. The Prize is not negotiable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. The Prize winner will be notified by phone/email by 7 February 2022.
9. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a Prize.
10. To be eligible for a Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.
11. Any purchases made on Farmers Mastercard or Farmers Finance Card during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned or suspended will be considered an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
13. If for any reason a Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
15. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes.
