Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
*Triple Chances: from Thursday 28 March to Wednesday 3 April 2024, each purchase using your Farmers Finance Card at any retailer that accepts Farmers Finance Card will earn you three (3) entries into the $2,500 Balance back Prize Draw, terms and conditions apply below.
- Valid from 12:00am Thursday 14 March to 11.59pm Wednesday 3 April 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside this time will be ineligible for entry.
- There is one (1) prize in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).
- One (1) Prize Draw winner will receive a credit equal to the closing balance of their Farmers Finance Card account as at 11.59pm Wednesday 3 April 2024, up to a maximum amount of $2,500 (“Prize”).
- The entity responsible for this promotion is Retail Financial Services Limited (“Promoter”).
- An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time a standard purchase (excluding long term finance, cash advance, balance transfers, fees, interest charges or quasi-cash transactions) is made with a Farmers Finance Card at any accepting retailer in-store or online during the Prize Draw Period. The transaction date is determined by when and where the merchant processes the purchase and is outside of the Promoter’s control and may affect eligibility.
- Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over and must be an existing Farmers Finance Card holder. Details provided by entrants or the Prize Draw winner, will be verified by the Promoter to validate the eligibility of the entrant or Prize Draw winner, as the case may be. If for any reason, a Prize Draw winner is deemed ineligible for any reasons, the Promoter reserves the right to draw a replacement Prize Draw winner.
- One (1) winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries from the Prize Draw Period. The Prize Draw will take place at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on 9 April 2024.
- A Prize is not negotiable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
- To be eligible for the Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place .
- Any purchases made on Farmers Finance Card during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned or suspended before the Prize Draw date will not be eligible for an entry into the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw winner will be notified by phone or email by 16 April 2024.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize.
- Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use that information including the Prize Draw winner’s details, first name and photograph, for promotion and media purposes. Without any further reference, payment, or other compensation to the Prize Draw winner. Refer to our Privacy Policy.
- The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
- Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Employees of the Promoter and/or Humm (NZ) Limited and Farmers Trading Company or its subsidiaries or related entities are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Prize or Prize Draw.
- Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
