1. Prize Draw valid from Friday 18 November to Sunday 20 November 2022 (“Prize Draw Period”).
2. There are 3 prizes in total to give away (“Prize Draw”).
3. Three Prize draw winners will each receive up to $500 of their Spend Back on their Farmers Finance Card or Farmers Mastercard account for an amount equal to the spend balance of their account as at 11.59 PM on Sunday 20 November 2022, up to a maximum amount of $500 (“Spend Back Prizes”).
4. Every standard purchase (LTF excluded) made with Farmers Finance Card or Farmers Mastercard at any accepting retailer in-store or online during the Prize Draw Period automatically gives you 1 entry into the Spend Back Prize Draw (dependent on date of transaction).
5. At the end of the Prize Draw Period, 3 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the prize draw period at 111 Carlton Gore Rd, Newmarket, Auckland on Monday 16 January 2023. A Spend Back Prize is not negotiable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. The Spend Back Prize Draw winners will be notified by phone or email by Friday 27 January 2023
7. To be eligible for a Prize, an account must not be in arrears at the time the Prize Draw takes place.
8. Any purchases made on Farmers Mastercard or Farmers Finance Card during the Prize Draw Period that have been cancelled, refunded, returned or suspended will be considered an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.

10. If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize.

12. If for any reason a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.

4.
